Need a quick recharge? Then the quick 50 is for you. A 50 minute swedish massage to recharge your soul and senses. Swedish massage is gentler than deep tissue and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief. A Swedish massage is designed to relax the entire body by rubbing the muscles in long, gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. The benefits of Swedish massage go beyond relaxation. It can help increase the level of oxygen in the blood and improve circulation and flexibility. You may choose light to medium pressure.

Got a little more time on your hands? The Ultimate (in relaxation) is for you! Choose your pressure from light to medium for this 80 or 110 minute massage. More time = more relaxation.

Unlike other massage techniques that focus on relaxation, deep tissue massage helps to treat muscle pain and improve stiffness. But it can still help to you unwind mentally, too.

A sound bath is a concert for the soul. Sound is one of the most ancient healing modalities for transforming our state of being. Steeped in vibration and melody, every cell in our body resonates and responds. Harmonies and tones can shift our brain waves, deepen our relaxation response, enhance creativity, and uplift our sense of wellbeing. Infused with Reiki in which "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the practitioner to the client, opening the doors for physical and emotional healing at a deeper level which, ultimately occurs from within. (By attending the ceremony, you agree to receive Reiki).

reiki
Reiki is a Japanese energy technique that supports the body's natural ability to heal itself. It may reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and lessen pain through light (or no) touch. It is also used to align Chakras - spinning disks of energy that should stay “open” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being.
Channeling may also occur during a Reiki session and you may receive messages from your spirit guides or loved ones who have passed on, conveying guidance, wisdom, and/or messages for your personal growth and spiritual journey. I've noted below if you've received a message, a visit or if I noticed a physical release/issue.
